By using Zypact you agree to these terms.

Zypact is a B2B SaaS platform for AI search visibility monitoring and optimization. It is currently in public beta.

The Service is provided as a public beta. Features may change or be discontinued without prior notice. We strive for continuity but make no uptime guarantee during beta.

• You must be 18 or older to use Zypact.
• Accurate information is required.
• One account per person.

• No scraping or reverse engineering of the Service.
• No illegal activity.
• No credential sharing across users.

• Audit: $49 one-time payment. Pro plan: $149/month, cancel anytime. No annual billing currently offered.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
• No refunds on partial months.
• Stripe processes all payments securely.

• Free: 1 project, 1 audit/month, 5 pages, 2 probes/month.
• Pro: 3 projects, 4 audits/month, 20 pages, 10 probes/month.

Your data belongs to you. We do not sell or share it.

• The Service is provided “as is”.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Liability is capped at fees paid in the last 3 months.

We will give 14 days notice for material changes to these terms.
